Created on a beach at 6am, Neon Hope was founded by Victoria Lyseggen on the bases that everyday holds new promise. She wanted her brand to inspire the people who wear it, she wants them to feel fierce and confident and to be fearless against change, as there is always another sunrise and another chance.
The design and make of the sunglasses are very precise and well-made. Each pair of sunglasses has an ombre colour on the lens, creating an effect of a sunrise on the glasses itself, which is what the company is based on.
Return and exchange policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. As each collection is in limited numbers, we can only accept returns if items are unworn, still tagged, returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery & ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: (1) Custom or personalised orders; (2) Intimate items such as lingerie (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
