Shipping and Returns

We Offer Worldwide Shipping

As we work with designers from different countries, items are sent from different locations thereby incurring multiple delivery costs. Total shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.

*Kindly note: for orders sent from/to outside the EU, customs and duties may apply to the order. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

To find out how much a specific product will cost to ship, click on “SHIPPING & RETURN” on the bottom right corner on the product specific page & select your destination country – our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you.

Should the item be available at our Pop Up, you will see a Pop Up Icon marked with “In Store Pick Up Available” on the product page – if you live in London and would like to pick up the item in store, please WhatsApp us to coordinate.

 

Exchange & Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

As each collection is in limited quantity, we can only accept returns if items are unworn, still tagged, returned within 30 days of delivery. Should you wish to return or exchange any items you just received, please inform us as soon as possible within 14 days by filling out the Return and Exchange form HERE - one of our personal shoppers will contact you within 1 working day to organise the return.

We cannot accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Kindly note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

(1) Custom or personalised orders; (2) Intimate items such as lingerie (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please allow approximately 5 working days from the date that the return has been confirmed for the refund to be processed.
