We Offer Worldwide Shipping
As we work with designers from around the world, items are typically sent from different locations, therefore shipping cost varies. Total shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout. Reach out to us on WhatsApp if you have any questions reagrding shipping logitics.
*Kindly note: depending on the shipping "from" and shipping "to" countries, import duties and taxes may incur. If this is the case, they will be payable by the customer at the time of delivery. We can arrange duty and tax pre-paid shipping method should you wish - simply WhatsApp your personal shopper to arrange.
To find out the exact shipping coat of an item, click on “SHIPPING & RETURN” on the bottom right corner on the product specific page & select your destination country – our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you.
Should the item be available at our Pop Up, you will see a Pop Up icon marked with “In Store Pick Up Available” on the product page – if you live in London and would like to pick up the item in store, please WhatsApp us to coordinate.
Exchange & Return Policy
You can return your items to us via registerd post - detailed instructions will be sent to you once you requested a Return & Exchange HERE. Alternativly, you could return the items to us in person at our London store, even if your order is shipped from outside the UK, subject to the following conditions below. Please note: most made-to-order items are eligible for returns
As each collection is in limited quantity, we can only accept returns if items are unworn, still tagged, returned within 30 days of delivery. Should you wish to return or exchange any items you just received, please inform us as soon as possible within 14 days from the date you receive the prodcut by filling out the Return and Exchange form HERE. One of our personal shoppers will contact you within 1 working day to organise the return or exchange.
We cannot accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Kindly note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
(1) Personalised orders, i.e. items that are made longer or shorter just for you, or with your initials on it; (2) Intimate items such as lingerie (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions For Return & Exchange
Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Receing a refund: refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order and will exclude the initial delivery cost. Please allow approximately 5 working days from the date that the return has been confirmed for the refund to be processed.
Drop off in store: if you prefer to drop off your return to our store, you are welcome to do so.
