    1. how do I get in touch with Curated Crowd?

    Do you have a question about a product, or want to know if it can be made specifically to your requirements? Use our chatbot to contact us and we will put you in touch with the designer. Or, you can e-mail Curated-Crowd customer support at customerservice@curated-crowd.com

    2. What if the size doesn’t fit or an item is damaged?

    If you have any questions or issues about the piece you have purchased, please e-mail the designer directly. If you wish to discuss the matter with us, you can write us at hello@curated-crowd.com. Please read the designers’ Delivery and Return policy carefully.

    3. How is my personal information and payment details handled?

    All purchases made on Curated-Crowd are processed and handled exclusively through Snipcart, a third-party provider. Snipcart uses the highest security standards, so you can shop without any concern you can find out more here. All data managed by Snipcart goes through their servers and is encrypted by their SSL / HTTPS certificate. All presented data is encrypted; it cannot be intercepted or read by a third party.

    4. Do you have any requirements for designers?

    Yes, we are looking for designers who are committed to delivering the designs they promise, and designers who want to build a loyal following of patrons.
    We are also looking for authenticity, creativity and social responsibility in all the items and campaigns you list with us.

    5. Who can apply?

    Designers from around the globe in the fashion, design and creative industries are welcome to apply.

    6. How do I apply as a designer?

    Via our website. Click the apply button to start the process.  

    7. Will it cost me anything to publish my campaign or to set up my atelier on your platform?

    Yes, there will be a small listing fee payable. Bear in mind though, that all submissions will be subject to approval before it is published, the fee is only payable when we decide to publish your listing.

    8. What makes a successful campaign?

    Team work between us! Once your pre-application is approved, you will receive our step-by-step guide compiled by our industry experts with years of experience in fashion, designs and lifestyle, digital marketing and brand strategy. It includes tips, advice and the best practices to ensure your campaign receive the widest exposure.

    11. Will it cost me anything to publish my project on your platform?

    No, it is free! Bear in mind though, that all projects will be subject to approval before being published.

    12. What makes a successful campaign?

    Team work between you and us! Once your pre-application is approved, you will receive our Crowdfunding step-by-step guide compiled by our industry experts with years of experience in fashion, designs and lifestyle, digital marketing and brand strategy. It includes tips, advice and the best practices for a great crowdfunding experience. We then expect you to work with us to invite all your Patrons to support your project!
