The gift card is nothing new, but we decided to reinvent it! The gift receiver will be guided by our personal shopper physically or virtually through our store to find her favourite pieces with the value you pre-purchased for them.
Our website, our Instagram, or our store in London! If you see anything you think your gift receiver might like, but you are unsure, you can always buy the gift card representing a similar value and we can present the idea to them.
Return and exchange policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. As each collection is in limited numbers, we can only accept returns if items are unworn, still tagged, returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery & ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: (1) Custom or personalised orders; (2) Intimate items such as lingerie (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
