Made to Order
- Made to Order items are dispatched directly from the designer and typically take 1-2 weeks
- Applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the combination of designer and shipping country
- If we cannot meet the required dispatch window we will confirm a date with you before commencing the order
- Most made-to-order items are returnable unless stated otherwise
Returns
- To register a return either click on the Return & Exchange Form at the bottom or within my orders section in my account within 7 days of your delivery.
- Client covers return shipping; we recommend using a tracked service
- Returned pieces should arrive back with us within 30 days of your original delivery.
- London store drop off is accepted.
- Product refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the item back in original condition
