Founded by Nouran Elmarmari in 2018, she set out to create a jewellery brand that is extraordinary and tell stories of her own history, as well as creating new ones when worn. She was heavily inspired by her Grandfather who was a jewellery pioneer, learning from him and her family since a young age about the jewellery business.
Marmari is not only beautifully-made, bespoke jewellery, but is also committed to ethical manufacturing practices and stands behind the quality of the materials and craftsmanship on all pieces. All Marmari jewellery is crafted in 18-karat gold, used for its balance of purity and durability, and obtained from refineries wherever possible.
Return and exchange policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. As each collection is in limited numbers, we can only accept returns if items are unworn, still tagged, returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery & ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: (1) Custom or personalised orders; (2) Intimate items such as lingerie (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
