Made to Order

• Made to Order items are dispatched directly from the designer and typically take 1-2 weeks

• If we cannot meet the required dispatch window we will confirm a date with you before commencing the order
• Most made-to-order items are returnable unless stated otherwise

Returns

• To register a return either click on the Return & Exchange Form at the bottom or within my orders section in my account within 7 days of your delivery.
• Client covers return shipping; we recommend using a tracked service
• Returned pieces should arrive back with us within 30 days of your original delivery.
• London store drop off is accepted.
• Product refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the item back in original condition
• Earrings and Fine Jewellery are non‑refundable
