Delicate washing in water no more than 30 degrees Celsius. Linen items should be ironed at a high temperature of up to 200 ºС using steam. Dry cleaning is allowed. Do not bleach. Products with decorative elements (tassels, fringes, other accessories) should be washed by hand in cold water up to 30 °C.
Return and exchange policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. As each collection is in limited numbers, we can only accept returns if items are unworn, still tagged, returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery & ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: (1) Custom or personalised orders; (2) Intimate items such as lingerie (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
