All our products are shipped directly from the designers. Shipping costs can vary between different brands depending on their location. Please see “Shipping Policy” on individual product page.

Can I order multiple products at the same time on your website?
Yes you can and you will need to go through one check out process

Do you deliver anywhere in the world? How much does it cost?
Curated Crowd is a marketplace and we rely on our designers to fulfil customer orders. Most of our designers ship worldwide - please see Shipping Policy on individual product page for more information.
As our designers are based all over the world, the shipping cost will depend on where the product is coming from.

I have ordered items from two brands from your website, why am I seeing two delivery charges?
As we work with designers from different countries, items are sent from different locations thereby incurring multiple delivery costs.

How do I return my order?
Please get in touch with the designer within 14 days of receiving your order, letting them know why you want to return your item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless you have received a damaged or defective item. For more information, please see the Exchange & Return Policy on each product page.

How can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges of one designer’s product with another. You may be able to exchange an item with another product from the same designer. You will need to return your original product and place a new order for the new product.
